Health Insurance Bowers offers a medical
and dental treatment plan, and a prescription drug reimbursement
plan to all eligible employees and family members. In
addition, after 30 days of employment, all full-time employees
are eligible for a life and accidental death and dismemberment
insurance plan that is fully paid for by Bowers.

Paid Vacation All eligible employees accrue
paid vacation leave, which can also be used for personal
business that has to be conducted during the employee's
scheduled work day.

Paid Holidays Bowers observes eight holidays
each calendar year. All eligible employees are paid for
these days, but not required to work.

Paid Sick Leave All eligible employees
accrue paid sick leave to cover lost time due to temporary
illness or injury. Sick leave can also be used to care
for an immediate family member, and for visits to the
doctor or dentist.

Retirement Savings Program Bowers offers
a 401(k) plan for all eligible employees, age 21 or over,
who have worked at least 1,000 hours during their first
12 months of employment.
