The Bowers construction team is comprised of highly trained HVAC and plumbing mechanics with extensive experience in the administration and management of major mechanical construction projects.

Key personnel include:

Wayne E. Bowers, President

Wayne Bowers is a licensed HVAC mechanic with 35 years of experience in the building services industry. As Founder and President of the company, Mr. Bowers' expertise encompasses all phases of mechanical contracting and service, including conceptual design and budgeting, and full estimating services. Mr. Bowers' responsibilities include general firm administration, strategic planning, quality assurance, and client coordination and liaison.


David J. O'Donnell, Executive Vice President

Dave O'Donnell has nearly 20 years of experience in mechanical contracting. As Executive Vice President of mechanical construction, Mr. O'Donnell is responsible for the daily operation of the department, including staff management. He also oversees fast-track project management, estimating, budgeting, and the coordination of trade and field personnel.


Jay H. Schwab, Vice President

Jay Schwab is a licensed plumber with nearly 30 years of experience in mechanical contracting. As Vice President of mechanical construction, Mr. Schwab is responsible for prime contract management, including client coordination, project staffing, cost estimating, budgeting, and field supervision. His responsibilities also include overseeing Bowers' project management team.


Scott Dean, Chief Estimator

Scott Dean has nearly 20 years of experience in mechanical contracting. As Chief Estimator, Mr. Dean is responsible for the daily operations of the estimating department, including the coordination of bids, project budgeting, and all negotiated work.


Brian T. Blanche, Tenant Operations Manager

Brian Blanche has over 15 years of experience in mechanical contracting. As Tenant Operations Manager, Mr. Blanche is responsible for all tenant construction projects, including project staffing, scheduling, budgeting, and material and equipment procurement. He also manages the tenant department's staff, including project managers and field personnel.


Brian J. Marshall, Coordination Manager

Brian Marshall is a licensed plumber with nearly 20 years of experience in mechanical contracting. As Coordination Manager, Mr. Marshall is responsible for the coordination of plumbing and HVAC shop drawings with all other building trades. He also manages the coordination department's CADD technicians.
